Video Sources & Usage
HypeX Digital obtains videos from the following sources,
- Licensed Stock Footage: Videos purchased or licensed from providers such as Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Pexels, or similar platforms.
- Client-Provided Videos: Videos supplied by clients for use in their projects. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights to these videos.
- Original Content: Videos created by HypeX Digital’s in-house production team.
- Creative Commons & Open-Source Videos: Videos obtained under Creative Commons licenses, ensuring proper attribution where required.
Prohibited Video Sources,
- Unauthorized downloads from the internet without proper licensing.
- Footage recorded from third-party sources, including television broadcasts, streaming platforms, or social media, without explicit permission.
- AI-generated videos using proprietary datasets that restrict commercial use.
Licensing & Permissions
HypeX Digital adheres to the following licensing categories,
- Royalty-Free (RF): Purchased or licensed videos that can be used multiple times without additional fees, within the agreed scope.
- Rights-Managed (RM): Videos that are licensed for specific use cases, requiring additional fees for reuse beyond the initial scope.
- Creative Commons (CC): Free-to-use videos with varying levels of attribution and modification requirements.
- Public Domain: Videos with no copyright restrictions, freely available for any use.
HypeX Digital ensures that all videos used meet the requirements specified in their respective licenses.
Modification & Editing
HypeX Digital may modify videos under the following conditions,
Trimming, cropping, and color correction for consistency.
Adding overlays, text, subtitles, and branding elements as long as it does not violate the original license terms.
Combining multiple clips to create new compositions while respecting individual video rights.
Videos obtained under licenses that restrict modifications will not be altered beyond the permitted scope.
Attribution Guidelines
When required by the license, HypeX Digital will provide proper attribution, including,
Name of the creator or source.
Title of the video (if available).
Link to the original source (where applicable).
Type of license under which the video is used.
Example Attribution Format:

Failure to provide proper attribution where required may result in the removal of the video from HypeX Digital’s content upon request.
Video Distribution & Third-Party Use
HypeX Digital does not allow redistribution of its licensed videos except under the following conditions,
- Client-Owned Projects: Videos used in projects for clients will be transferred under the agreed licensing terms.
- Marketing & Branding: Videos used in HypeX Digital’s branding, social media, or website may not be used by third parties without explicit permission.

Copyright Infringement & Violations
